3D laser technology cuts more pieces more precisely, gathers details and products from even pre-assembled components or from large tubes. In addition to sheet metal, 3D reduces production times and costs, to the benefit of customers and the final quality of the product. Whatever the design that is to be cut, with the 3D laser it is not necessary to create a mold; the piece comes out fully modeled, completed, and finished. In other words, perfect and ready to use.

Trumpf TruLaser Cell 7040
Trumpf 7040 is a 3D machine with laser in optic fibre that cuts and welds. What is more, and this is a unique feature and a true novelty, it even does laser welding using a wire. Two work stations or one with maximum dimensions of 4,000 x 2,000. The version you find here is “full optional”, with mandrel and a system to guide the joint during welding.

Prima Industrie RAPIDO 3000 W

With the RAPIDO 3000 W, on a working range of 1,500 x 4,000 x 700, the cuts are clean and precise, wide, small, or very small, from any angle of the piece.
